Resources

Read this before you pay anyone.

Three long pieces and two working tools. All free, none of it gated behind a form. If you take the articles and the plate builder and never book anything, that is a reasonable outcome and I would rather you did that than bought something you did not need.

02Tools

Two things that actually work

Not lead magnets pretending to be tools. They function completely without an email; the email only buys the written version.

100%OF PLATE
That is close to the composition I use in clinic. Vegetables carrying the volume, protein present rather than decorative, starch placed rather than removed.
45%clinic: 45%

Beans, cabbage, gourds, palak, cucumber, tomato, carrot

Volume and fibre first. This is what blunts the glucose rise from everything else on the plate.

25%clinic: 25%

Dal, rajma, curd, paneer, egg, fish, chicken, soya

The most under-eaten macronutrient in Indian households by a wide margin. Aim for a source at every meal, not just dinner.

25%clinic: 25%

Rice, roti, ragi, millet, poha, potato, sweet potato

Not removed. Placed. Eaten after the other two, in a portion that matches your activity that day.

5%clinic: 5%

Ghee, cold-pressed oil, nuts, seeds, coconut

Enough for satiety and fat-soluble vitamins. Not the villain of the 1990s, not the hero of the 2010s.

Want this written out properly?

The full version: what each proportion looks like in real household measures, for a rice-based plate and a roti-based one, with vegetarian and Jain variants.

One email with the result, and nothing else unless you ask. No sequence, no daily tips.

03Next step

Sixty minutes, ₹3,500, and a plan that survives your actual week.

If you join a program within thirty days, the consultation fee comes off it. If you are not ready to book, send a question instead — I answer those myself, usually within a working day.

In-person: Tuesday and Thursday, Bengaluru. Online: Monday to Friday, all of India.
