Programs
What it costs, before you ask.
Three programs and a single consultation. Every price is on this page. There is no enquiry form standing between you and a number, and there is no free discovery call — that decision is explained in the FAQ below, honestly.
Prices, printed on the page
No enquiry form to find out what it costs, and no free discovery call. The first consultation is a real assessment, and it comes off the program fee if you join within thirty days.

₹33,000
₹5,500 a month · available as 6 × ₹5,750 with no interest
PCOS, type 2 diabetes, or anything where the outcome is measured in bloodwork. Six months is the shortest honest window for HbA1c and cycle regularity.

- Everything in Foundation
- Seven 30-minute reviews
- Weekly WhatsApp check-in
- Two full lab reviews with written interpretation

Remission
12 months · For the version of this that does not come back
₹58,000
₹4,834 a month · available as 12 × ₹5,100 with no interest
Long-standing type 2 diabetes, severe insulin resistance, or a weight history with several failed attempts behind it. The year is the point: relapse happens at month seven, not month two.
- Consultations
- 14
- Check-ins
- Weekly for 6 months, then fortnightly
- Everything in Clinical
- Thirteen reviews across the year
- Four lab reviews
- Medication de-escalation planning with your physician
- Strength-training nutrition built alongside your trainer
- A written maintenance protocol at month 12
- Two check-in calls in the year after you finish
Single consultation · ₹3,500
A full clinical assessment and a written plan. No program, no obligation. Suitable if you are organised, self-directed, and mainly need the mechanism explained and a direction set.
What changes month to month
A program that looks the same in month nine as it did in month one is a subscription, not a plan.
Foundation
- Month 1
Assessment, mechanism, plate rebuild. Nothing is removed in week one.
- Month 2
Sequencing and timing. Protein floor established. First honest revision.
- Month 3
Repeat labs where appropriate. A plan you can run without me.
Clinical
- Month 1
Assessment, mechanism, plate rebuild. Baseline labs recorded properly.
- Month 2
Protein floor, meal sequencing, resistance training coordinated with your trainer.
- Month 3
First repeat labs. The plan gets revised against data, not vibes.
- Month 4
Festivals, travel and social eating planned in advance rather than apologised for.
- Month 5
Family meals restructured so you stop being cooked for separately.
- Month 6
Second labs, written summary for your physician, and a plan you can run alone.
Remission
- Months 1 – 2
Assessment, mechanism, and the first three changes. Baseline labs and body composition.
- Months 3 – 4
Repeat labs. Strength work built in properly. Portion and sequencing embedded.
- Months 5 – 6
If markers allow, your physician begins medication de-escalation. I write the notes, they make the call.
- Months 7 – 8
The relapse window. This is why the program is twelve months and not six.
- Months 9 – 10
Autonomy. You make the decisions and we review them, rather than the reverse.
- Months 11 – 12
Final labs, written maintenance protocol, and two aftercare calls scheduled for the following year.
Side by side
On a phone this becomes three stacked blocks rather than a table squeezed to nothing. You should not have to pinch-zoom to find out what you are paying for.

Which one is right for you
Written to talk some people out of the expensive one. If you pick wrong I will say so at the first consultation, including if you have picked one that is longer than you need.
Choose Foundation if
you were diagnosed recently, your numbers are borderline rather than alarming, and you tend to follow through once someone explains why.
Book with this in mindChoose Clinical if
the goal is a lab value — HbA1c, fasting insulin, a regular cycle. Anything shorter than six months and we will both be guessing at the end.
Book with this in mindChoose Remission if
you have been diagnosed for years, are on more than one medication, or have lost and regained the same weight three times. The failure point is month seven and you need someone there for it.
Book with this in mindChoose a single consultation if
you want the assessment and the reasoning, and you genuinely intend to run it yourself. Plenty of people do. It is also the cheapest way to find out whether you can work with me.

Payment, EMI, refunds, rescheduling
The questions that arrive most often, answered at the length they deserve rather than in one line.
06 — Next step
Sixty minutes, ₹3,500, and a plan that survives your actual week.
If you join a program within thirty days, the consultation fee comes off it. If you are not ready to book, send a question instead — I answer those myself, usually within a working day.
In-person: Tuesday and Thursday, Bengaluru. Online: Monday to Friday, all of India.
